Mel Halberstein

Mel Halberstein brings extensive experience in financial, business and operational management in the global technology industry. Mel has vast experience in startups as well as being a CFO of a large company. Mel joins HyperCharge after holding the position of CFO at Broadcom (AVGO) Israel, overseeing numerous mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Broadcom, Mel was CFO EMEA at Convergys (CVG), managing a complex region with business and operations in over 30 countries, a position he held for 10 years. Before joining Convergys, Mel was CFO at Civcom and VP of Finance at Radview Software (RDVW), where he led the company from Seed-Stage to its IPO on the NASDAQ. Mr. Halberstein is an Israeli certified public accountant and holds Bachelor degrees in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
